Shipping, Return/Refund Policy

 

Shipping Policy

            Currently we are dealing with only online courses and products. The shipping is access will be provided within 48 hours, once the payment is confirmed from the bank and if there is no unexpected technical glitches or challenges. However majority of the courses, which are provided with an immediate access basis

Return/Refund Policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy for physical products and 48 Hours return/Refund policy for any digital products, services and courses.  Physical products return time starts when you receive the product and for digital products, services and courses, return time starts from the time of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@subingopi.com. For the physical products, If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Potential Damages, Issues and Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



Non-returnable items / Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like courses whose value is already utilized through the acquired knowledge. It is the duty and responsibility of the buyer to understand the content and benefits etc before purchasing the products.

 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be usually automatically refunded on your original payment method. We will initiate the refund within 15 days once the refund is inspected and approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refund can be done through other channels also, depending on the feasibility.
